Geneva
Theft, Mislaid Property—Someone took an iPhone 5 that the complainant said she had left in a woman’s bathroom at Barnes & Noble, 102 Commons Drive, sometime between 1:15 p.m. and 2 p.m. June 12, reports said. The phone was valued at $300.
Theft Over $500—Someone took a blue and white Trek Marlin Mountain bicycle from a bicycle rack at the Geneva Depot, 328 Crescent Place, sometime between 7:10 a.m. and 6:14 p.m. June 14, reports said. The victim said he had secured the bicycle to the rack with a cable lock. The bicycle had an estimated value of $700.

Batavia
Retail Theft—A retail theft was reported as Sam’s Club, 501 N. Randall Road, around 1:17 p.m. June 14. The report was not completed at the time it was filed.
Retail Theft—Three bottles of alcohol were taken from Jewel, 115 S. Randall Road, according to a report filed around 8:56 p.m. June 14. The alcohol was valued at around $170.

Retail Theft—A retail theft was reported around 2:36 p.m. June 10 at Kohl’s, 251 N. Randall Road. A juvenile was involved, but no further information was available.
