Sugar Grove 19-Year-Old Charged With Pot Possession

Geneva police arrested Ryan Kolk, 19, of Sugar Grove on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis greater than 2.5 grams and less than 10 grams around 1 a.m. Nov. 7 in the parking lot of a business in the 1400 block of South Randall Road, Geneva police reports said.
