Geneva police have been busy with a lot of fender benders during December. This batch is

We've reported some of the collisions from the Geneva police blotter, most notably the .

Here are some that piled up in the folder at the police station. These are from Dec. 15 and earlier. Still one more to come with collisions post .

Collision on Fargo Boulevard—The front end of a Ford Expedition driven by Mary Hughes of Geneva collided with the rear end of a Ford Ranger driven by Lynn Fichtel of Aurora around 5:20 p.m. Dec. 15 in the 2300 block of Fargo Boulevard near Bent Tree Drive, reports said. Damage to any one vehicle was estimated at more than $1,500. Hughes was issued a warning ticket for following too closely, reports said.

Collision on South Randall Road—The front end of a Nissan Murano driven by Elizabeta Wrobel of Geneva collided with the frontend of a Honda Civic driven by Elizabeth Koffler of Carol Stream around 7:57 p.m. Dec. 15 at the intersection of South Randall Road and Kaneville Road, reports said. Damage to any one vehicle was estimated at more than $1,500. Wrobel was issued a warning notice for failure to yield.

Collision on Franklin Street—The front end of a Honda Accord driven by Patricia Scarff of Geneva collided with the driver's side of a Chrysler LHS driven by Alexander Duncan of Elburn around 12:40 p.m. Dec. 15, in the 600 block of Franklin Street, reports said. Between $501 and $1,500 damage was done to any one vehicle.

Collision on Private Property—The rear end of a Chevrolet Avalanche driven by Warren Dinelli and the rear end of Nissan Altima driven by Karen Brachat around 6:25 p.m. Dec. 14 on private property in the 1600 block of South Randall Road near Christina Drive, reports said. Damage to any one vehicle was estimated at more than $1,500.

Collision on Kaneville Road—The front end of a Honda CRV driven by Blake Cash of Geneva collided with the rear end of a Honda Odyssey driven by Jessica Clark of Carol Stream around 6:15 p.m. Nov. 29 in the 1100 block of Kaneville Road near West State Street, reports said. Damage to any one vehicle was estimated at between $501 and $1,500.
