Anthony Depasquale's sentence includes two years of probation; prosecutors dropped some of the charges against him in return for his guilty plea.
A St. Charles man was sentenced to 180 days in jail and two years of probation after pleading guilty to unlawful use of a weapon in Woodridge earlier this year.
Anthony Depasquale, 18, was charged with multiple counts of possession of a firearm without a firearm owner’s identification card and aggravated unlawful use of a weapon.
Prosecutors dropped several counts in the deal with Depasquale, who also pleaded guilty to an unrelated misdemeanor marijuana charge. Depasquale is prohibited from possessing any firearms or from having contact with gang members, records show.
