St. Charles 18-Year-Old Cited for 'Violation of Controlled Substance Act' at Geneva High School

Geneva police arrested Janee Spencer, 18, of St. Charles on charges of possession of a controlled substance around 11:20 a.m. May 10 at Geneva High School, 416 McKinley Ave., reports said.

The report did not name the controlled substance.
