Someone Breaks Into Me & Dad's Toys
Police reports: Front-door window is shattered, but reports don't say if anything was taken.
Someone shattered the glass front door of Me & Dad's Toys, 720 E. State St., around 12:54 a.m. Dec. 14, reports said.
When police arrived, the front door of the business was dead-bolted and the door handle was locked, but the opening in the broken window was large enough for a person to enter without opening the door, reports said.
During the search, police found a large rock next to a black toy bin. The rest of the business "appeared to be in order, except for some boxes on the floor," the report said.
