Reports Show Some Disorderly Conduct Going on Out There
Police reports: Two unrelated cases of disorderly conduct cited in Geneva.
Disorderly conduct citations aren't common in the Geneva police blotter, but there were two incidents involving a total of four people in the latest collection.
- Three Geneva residents—John Fagot, 27, Jessica Korzelik, 26, and Johathan Nelson, 28—were issued a complaint and notice to appear in court for disorderly conduct around 3:43 a.m. Feb. 13 in the 300 block of South Seventh Street, reports said. Fagot and Korzelik also were given notice to appear for public intoxication. There is a $50 fine for each violation if it is paid before the due date of Feb. 23.
- Jeffrey Douglas, 47, of Geneva was issued a complaint and notice to appear in court for disorderly conduct around 9:44 a.m. Feb. 6 in the 800 block of Elm Avenue, reports said.
