Geneva police arrested Kevin Sullivan, 26, of Geneva on charges of domestic battery and possession of drug paraphernalia around 2:39 a.m. Jan. 31 in an apartment in the 300 block of Brittany Court two hours after he was cited for public drunkenness at a downtown bar, reports said.

Sullivan was arrested for criminal damage to property and cited for public intoxication around 12:28 a.m. Jan. 31 at Old Towne Pub, 201 West State St. Sullivan broke an 8-by-10-inch, single-pane window valued at less than $300, reports said.

About two hours later, police responded to a domestic violence call at the Brittany Court apartment where Sullivan lives.
