Portsmouth Home Burglarized

The incident happened during the early morning hours on Sunday.

Police are searching for the suspect or suspects who burglarized a Denise Street home early Sunday morning.

During the early morning hours on Sunday, police said a homeowner on Denise Street returned to their residence to find that it had been burglarized. Forced entry was made via a first floor window. No one was home at the time.

The inside of the home was ransacked and numerous items were stolen, including electronics, cash and jewelry.

Portsmouth Police are seeking assistance from anyone in the Denise Street area who may have seen suspicious vehicles or people on the night of Saturday, Nov. 17 or the early morning hours of Sunday, Nov. 18.
