Geneva police reports: An unknown person or persons enter a Third Street store and take $200 cash from register.

Crime can happen anywhere, even at a peaceful parlour.

According to Geneva police reports, someone took about $200 in cash from Peaceful Parlour, 212 South Third St., sometime between 5 p.m. June 2 and 11:30 a.m. June 3.

The cash was taken from the drawer of a cash register, but the burglar or burglars left the key inside the cash drawer. The south window appeared to be the point of entry, and the cash was the only thing taken, police said.
