Police Reports: Violation of Order of Protection, Public Intoxication

The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Two miscellaneous items collected from last week's Geneva police reports include an order of protection violation and a public intoxication citation.

Violation of Order of Protection—Geneva police arrested David Blackmore, 47, of Geneva on charges of violating an order of protection after an incident at around 5:40 p.m. Feb. 12, reports said. The synopsis sheet said Blackmore entered and stayed at a residence in the 2000 block of Sheffield Lane after making multiple calls to the petitioner asking that she send the children outside to meet him.

Public Intoxication—Geneva police cited Stephanie Baldyga, 21, of St. Charles for public intoxication at around 2:27 a.m. Feb. 15 in an apartment common area in the 0-100 block of Simpson Street, reports said. The citation carries a fine of $50 if paid by its due date.
