Police Reports: One Driving While License Suspended, One 'Keyed' Car
The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Two unrelated incidents pulled from the Geneva police blotter, connected only by the fact that they involve vehicles, didn't merit full stories individually and had no similar incidents to pair up with.
Driving While License Suspended—Geneva police arrested Nell Wenz, 25, of Geneva on charges of driving with a suspended license around 5:23 p.m. July 12, in the 700 block of West State Street, reports said. A court date is set for 9 a.m. Aug. 9 in the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road.
Criminal Damage to Property Under $300—Someone “keyed” the passenger side of a Volkswagen Jetta while it was parked in the parking lot of Fresh Market, 710 Commons Drive, sometime between 10 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. July 8, reports said.
