Police Reports: How Hot Is It This Summer in Geneva? So Hot Someone Literally Ripped Off an Air Conditioner

The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

We also know that necessity isn't just the mother of invention—it's the mother of creative criminal activity.

And we know, as the Rolling Stones remind us, that you can't always get what you want, but if you try sometimes, you get what you need.
