Police Reports: DUI, Public Intoxication and Gas Stolen

Geneva police reports collected last week include a DUI arrest of a St. Charles woman, a public intoxication citation to a Geneva man and the someone unusual theft of gasoline of a car parked in a driveway.
Public Intoxication—Geneva police cited Dustin Howell, 30, of Geneva for public intoxication around 1:50 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 18, on a public sidewalk in the 300 block of North Fourth Street, reports said. The citation carries a $50 fine if paid before its due date.
Theft Under $500—Someone took 7.5 gallons of gasoline from a car parked in a driveway in the 2800 block of Caldwell Lane sometime between 8:30 p.m. Feb. 17 and 6:30 p.m. Feb. 18, reports said. The victim estimated the value of the gasoline at $20.
