Police Reports: Batavia Son Tells Police Father Trashed His room
The 16-year-old is advised to file a list of grievances with police.
A 16-year-old boy was advised to compile a list of grievances after a Friday, July 20, incident on Batavia's west side.
The teen told police his father "trashed his room" and that it was an ongoing issue, according to a police report. An officer responded to the incident at 10:18 p.m.
The boy was told to address the list of grievances with his counselor in an attempt to resolve the disagreements.

Keith C. Gullen, of the 600 block of south Batavia Avenue, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, according to a police report. The incident occurred at 1:39 a.m. on the 200 block of First Street.
Gullen was also cited for the following:
- Disobeying a traffic control signal
- Improper lane usage
- Operating an uninsured motor vehicle
Gullen posted his driver's license and $100 bond. He is scheduled to appear in court on Aug. 22.
