Police Report Several Cases of Driving While License Revoked
In one case, when police check, they find no valid license and that the driver had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear for driving without a license.
Police made several arrests of people who were driving in Geneva without a valid license.
Speeding, Driving Without License, Failure to Appear—Police arrested Juana Heredia of West Chicago for speeding and driving without a valid driver's license after police confirmed a warrant was out for her arrest. Police stopped Heredia for speeding 35 mph in a 25 mph zone in the 2000 block of Williamsburg Avenue around 3:55 p.m. Nov. 28, reports said. Heredia did not have a driver's license and Tri-Com confirmed that Heredia had an outstanding warrant for failure to appear regarding a previous charge of driving without a valid license. Heredia was also issued a warning notice Nov. 28 for driving without a seat belt.
Driving While License Revoked—Eric Reynoso of Geneva was arrested for driving while license revoked around 5:56 p.m. Nov. 28 in the 500 block of East Side Drive. Reynoso was issued a warning notice for speeding 41 mph in a 30 mph zone and having an uninsured vehicle.

Driving While License Suspended/Revoked, Operating Uninsured Vehicle—Jordan Davis of Geneva was arrested around 6:44 p.m. Nov. 27 in the 700 block of Anderson Boulevard for driving while license suspended/revoked and operating an uninsured vehicle, reports said.
Driving While License Suspended/Revoked—Brandon Koelper of Geneva was arrested for driving while license suspended/revoked around 6:12 p.m. Nov. 26 in the 2000 block of Fargo Boulevard, reports said.
