Police Report Home Burglary on Ford Street

A resident returns home around 11 p.m., finds glass on the floor and articles missing.

Residential Burglary—Someone took two watches, a video camera and a calculator from a residence in the 300 block of Ford Street sometimes between 6:30 a.m. and 11 p.m. Nov. 19, reports said.

The resident told police he returned home around 11 p.m. and noticed broken glass on the floor.  The resident later realized that a window in the rear door of the house had been broken. He also noticed that a golf ball had fallen out of a drawer in his dining room and was lying on the floor, indicating that someone may have ransacked the drawer. The value of the items reported stolen was $350.
