Police Report Battery to Minor

Battery—Police charged Albara Perez-Garcia of Geneva with battery after kicking the juvenile victim in the back. The incident took place at about 5:05 p.m. Nov 17 on a walkway in front of apartments in the 700 block of East State Street.
