Police Make Arrests for Randall Road Thefts

Batavia police have made arrests associated with thefts at Randall Road stores. Here's a rundown from the Batavia Police Department.
Retail Theft—Police arrested Caprice Thomas, 24, of Aurora on charges of retail theft around 10:16 a.m. May 21 from Kohl’s, 251 N. Randall Road, reports said. Thomas posted $150 bond and has a court date of July 2.
Retail Theft—Police arrested Jerry Marquardt, 49, of Aurora on charges of retail theft, display merchandise under $300 around 3:37 p.m. May 20 in the 300 block of Randall Road, reports said. He posted $150 and has a court date of June 11.
