Bad behavior led to citations for two men and an arrest of another in unrelated incidents collected this week from Geneva Police Department reports.
Criminal Damage to Property Arrest—Geneva police arrested Scott Hosack, 38, of Elgin on charges of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct after an incident at around 9:10 am. Nov. 23 in the 2000 block of Williamsburg Avenue, reports said. According to the complaint in the 16th Circuit Court, Hosack threw a glass vase on the floor in a residence “in such an unreasonable manner as to alarm and disturb (the victim) and provoke a breach of the peace.” The damage was estimated at less than $300.
Public Intoxication—Geneva police cited Anthony Krause, 24, of Aurora and Don Cox, 54, of Aurora for public intoxication around 10:41 a.m. Nov. 19 in the 1800 block of South Randall Road, reports said. The violation carries a $50 fine if paid by its due date.
