Police Charge Geneva Man With Felony For Driving After License Suspended in 2000
Police reports: The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Geneva police arrested Theodore Wynn, 36, of Geneva on charges of failure to display registration and driving with a suspended license around 7:31 a.m. May 31 in the 1800 block of Averill Road, reports said.
Police saw the Nissan 350Z turning west on Averill Road did not have a front registration plate. After the traffic stop, police discovered that Wynn’s license was suspended for DUI on Dec. 20, 2000, and he was convicted of driving with a revoked or suspended license on May 5, 2004, reports said.
