Unlawful Consumption of Alcohol by Minors
Nicole K. Wiesner, 20, of the 800 block of Britta Lane and Brittany N. Maberry, 20, of Batavia, were charged on Friday, June 22 for underage drinking. The two will appear in court on August 7.

Criminal damage to property in the amount of $50 was reported when an umbrella stand was damaged at the Pepper Valley Homeowner's Association Club House on Pepper Valley Drive on Sunday, July 1. Police initially responded to a report of a stolen table, but when they arrived they were told by the complainant that the table had been found outside of the fenced pool deck and that picnic tables and lounge chairs outside the deck and on the deck had been moved around.
