Police blotter traffic reports: A vehicle hits a garage door at a local business; a hit-and-run driver hits a parked BMW.
Here's a roundup of traffic accidents rounded up Thursday morning from Geneva Police Department reports.
Traffic accident—A Hyundai Electra driven by Marie Culliton of St. Charles collided with the back end of a Chevrolet Blazer driven by Kevin Olson of Geneva on Wednesday at the 200 block of East State Street, causing between $500 and $1,500 damage, police said.
Traffic accident—A Hino 268 driven by John Manka of Oak Creek, WI, struck an overhead garage door at Miner Enterprises, 1200 E. State St., on Wednesday morning, causing more than $1,500 total damage to vehicle and property.

Traffic accident—A Chevrolet Tahoe driven by Patrick Ducharm of DeKalb and a Toyota Prius driven by Kathryn Birkett of Geneva collided at the intersection of South River Lane and West State Street on Aug. 22, causing between $500 and $1,500 damage.
Hit and run—An unknown driver's vehicle struck a BMW 528 owned by John Ruff of Geneva on Tuesday, when the BMW was parked on the 600 block of South Street, causing $500 to $1,500 damage, police said.
