Damage to a home and to public property were among this week's collection of reports.

Someone shattered a 3-by-5-foot pane of safety glass in the front door of a home in the 2800 block of Caldwell Lane sometime between 8 a.m. July 2 and 6:16 p.m. July 4, Geneva police reports said. The neighbor’s glass door was intact. Reports said the glass appeared to have been broken by an unknown object, but no foreign debris was discovered that might have caused the damage.

The electric box is located near Moore Park, 801 Geneva Drive, and there is a walking path to the park adjacent to the electrical box, reports said.
