Police Arrest West Chicago Man for Marijuana in Broad Daylight on South Third Street

Geneva police arrested Anthony Devito, 44, of West Chicago for possession of drug paraphernalia around 2:18 p.m. June 5 on the sidewalk in the 600 block of South Third Street, reports said.
Devito “knowingly possessed a pipe, commonly known as a ‘one hitter’ … (and) had in his possession 0.5 grams of a substance containing cannabis.”
