Police Arrest Geneva Man on Charges of Possession, Intent to Deliver 368 Grams of Marijuana
The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.
Police arrested Arthur Hoye, 27, of Geneva on charges of possession and intent to deliver between 30 and 500 grams of marijuana around 8:47 a.m. June 21 in a private residence in the 100 block of Syril Drive, reports said.
According to the report narrative, officers attempted to make contact with the resident by knocking at the door and indentifying themselves. The resident did not respond, but had left keys in the exterior lock.
"In order to check the welfare of the resident," police opened the door and saw Hoye holding “a small amount of cannabis and drug paraphernalila.”
