Police Arrest 21-Year-Old for Letting Younger Friends Drink
Police blotter: Trevor Cunningham, 21, of Geneva allegedly permitted a minor to be intoxicated.
Police arrested Trevor Cunningham, 21, of Geneva on charges that he unlawfully permitted a minor to be intoxicated.
The complaint states that Cunningham “knowingly permitted a gathering of two or more persons (under 21 years of age) at a residence the defendant occupied on Samantha Circle … and that the defendant knew that (the minors) left the defendant’s residence in an intoxicated condition.”
The incident took place around 12:18 a.m. Sunday, May 22. A complaint of consumption of alcohol my a minor was filed by the city against George M. Beau, 18, of Geneva.
