Patient at Michelson's Pushes 2 Employees, Sends 1 to Hospital

Batavia battery reports: A fight at Batavia High School and a battery at Rendez Vu, as well.

The Batavia Police Department “Daily Report Synopsis, Media/Public Version" included three battery reports for the week prior to Jan. 13.

 

Male Michelsen's Resident Pushes Staffers

 

A male resident of Michelson’s Health Center, 831 N. Batavia Ave., pushed two staff members, injuring at least one of them, Batavia police reports said. The resident was transported to Delnor Hospital for an evaluation. One of the caregivers was transported to Delnor due to injuries received during the incident, according to the report filed at 6:58 p.m. Jan. 11.

Battery Reported at High School

A battery was reported at 12:05 p.m. Jan. 10 at Batavia High School, 1201 Main St. According to the report, two juvenile males got into a fight and had injuries to their faces.

No Charges After Battery Rendez Vu

A battery was reported at Rendez Vu, 1 E. Wilson St., at 12:57 a.m. Jan. 10. Four subjects were involved. Verbal trespass warnings were given but no charges were pursued.
