Paint Balls Shot at Porch on First Street

Criminal Damage to Property, Under $300—Someone shoots yellow paint balls at house, breaks window.

Someone shot paint balls through a front-porch window in the 200 block of South First Street sometime around 7:22 p.m. Feb. 19, reports said.

The resident told police she was in her bedroom directly above the front porch when she heard “multiple unknown projectiles” hitting her front porch. When she entered the front porch, she discovered four windows stained with yellow paint shot from a paintball gun.

A single glass pane to the north of the front entrance was broken from a paintball, reports said.

No damage estimate was available at the time of the report, but the category was criminal damage to property, under $300.
