Naperville Man Charged With Marijuana Possession in Geneva

The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

arrested Christopher Burden, 31, of Naperville for unlawful possession of cannabis and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia around 3:57 a.m. Oct. 29 on the street in the 3200 block of Border Road, reports said.

The complaint states that Burden had a multicolored glass smoking pipe and 2.4 grams of a substance containing cannabis.

A court date is set for 9 a.m. Dec. 6 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.
