Multi-Vehicle Accident With Injuries Tuesday Afternoon at Kaneville and Burgess
Scanner reports accident with injuries; several vehicles involved.
Geneva police and Fire Department personnel reported to a multi-vehicle accident with injuries sometime between 3:30 p.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday at the intersection of Kaneville Road and Burgess Road.
A pickup truck sustained signficant damage to its back end, and ambulances took a victim or victims in the direction of Delnor Hospital at a little after 4 p.m. At least two other vehicles appeared to have sustained damage.
Traffic was reduced to one lane on Kaneville Road. It was restored to two lanes shortly after 4:15 p.m.
