Miscellaneous Mischief: Theft, Underage Drinking and Egging
It's a potpourri of crime in the Geneva police blotter.
Generally, I try to group similar crimes together when reporting from the Geneva police blotter, but this really is a random ground. A little of this, a little of that—like a tapas restaurant of petty crime.
Here are three items collected from the Geneva police reports.
Vandalism—Someone threw about six eggs at a residence in the 400 block of Prairieview Drive sometime between 1 a.m. and 9 a.m. Feb, 11, Geneva police reports said.

Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor—Geneva police cited Devin Fosco, 20, of Hanover Park for illingal consumption of alcohol by a minor around 1):18 p.m. Feb. 6 in the 300 block of West State St., reports said. He has a court date of 9 a.m. March 6 at Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road.
Theft Under $300—Geneva police cited Erik Gieser, 34, of Aurora for theft and for driving while license suspended around 1:53 p.m. Feb. 8 in the 3100 block of Keslinger Road, reports said. The report doesn’t say what Gieser took, but the victim is the Union Pacific Railroad an that the item stolen was on train right of way. The theft complaint carried a fine of $50 if paid on due date. He has a court date of 9 a.m March 6 at Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road.
