Criminal Damage to Property Over $300—Someone spray-painted “SAMO IS DEAD” along with several drawings on the State Street bridge, in the 0-99 block of West State Street, sometime between 1 a.m. and 7:10 a.m. Sept. 12, reports said. The estimated it would cost $560 to have the graffiti removed.
