Miscellaneous Mischief from Police Reports

Here are three leftover items from the blotter that didn't fit any particular category.

Theft and property damage from this week's blotter include the very familiar GPS stolen from a car, a gym bag  from a locker at the Wellness Center and a broken driver's-side mirror that didn't look like it was clipped by a car.

GPS Taken From Vehicle—Someone took a Garmin Nuvi GPS, a GPS mount kit after breaking the front passenger-side window of a Chevrolet Trailblazer parked in front of Mario Tricoci Hair Salon, 1749 South Randall Road, sometime between 7:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Dec. 18, reports said.

Gym Bag Taken from Wellness Center—Someone took a duffle bag containing keys, shirt, sweat suits and gym shoes from a locked locker at Delnor Wellness Center, 296 South Randall Road, between 7:30 p.m. and 11 p.m. Dec. 16. "No further information is available at this time," reports said.

Criminal Damage to Property—Someone broke the plastic casing of a driver's side mirror of a 2006 Nissan Sentra sometime between 5 p.m. Dec. 14 and 5:45 p.m. Dec. 15, reports said. The Sentra was parked in the 3100 block of Husking Peg Lane. Damage was estimated at $250. "There was no paint transfer or other vehicle debris at the scene to indicate another motor vehicle had caused the damage," reports said.
