According to the synopsis report, while on patrol, an officer noticed a Mercedes-Benz that appeared to have its vehicle registration sticker altered. After making the traffic stop, the officer confirmed that the sticker had been altered using a marker.
Armstrong was not in possession of his driver’s license, and a LEADS inquiry determined that his driver’s license was suspended and the vehicle registration was expired.
