GENEVA

Naperville Man Charged With DUI in Geneva

 

Geneva police arrested Jessica Gum, 26, of Naperville on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, operating an uninsured motor vehicle and improper parking on a roadway around 10:54 p.m. Sept. 14 in the 200 block of North Randall Road, reports said. She has a court date of Oct. 9 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.

Driving Too Fast For Conditions Charge

Geneva police arrested Paula Arellano, 38, of Geneva on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident/driving too fast for conditions around 4:54 p.m. Sept. 12in the 300 block of South Randall Road, reports said. She has a court date of Oct. 2 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.

BATAVIA

Improper Lane Usage Charge

 

Batavia police arrested Richard Lavin Jr., 49, of Batavia on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, expired vehicle registration and improper lane usage in the 0-99 block of South Van Buren Street, according to a report filed at 2:15 a.m. Sept. 11. Lavin has a court date of Oct. 23.
