Male Juvenile Charged With Battery at Funway

Batavia police reports included two incidents of battery between April 11 and April 22, 2013.

A male juvenile was charged with battery after an incident reported at around 3:18 p.m. April 13 at Funway, 1335 S. River St., Batavia police reports said.
The offender was on an outing from the residential facility where he lives, according to reports, when the juvenile "became physically aggressive with staff members who were supervising the outing."

The subject was brought to the Batavia Police Department, where he was charged with battery, reports said. The subject’s mother was contacted and authorized that the offender be released to the staff in attendance.
Battery Reported Outside Full Moon Bar; No One Charged
Officers reported to the parking lot behind the Full Moon Bar, 113 S. Batavia Ave., around 2:04 a.m. April 14, for a report of a fight in progress. Upon arrival, there was no fight in progress. A Liquor Commission report was completed.
