iPhone Stolen From Spectator's Duffle Bag

Police reports: A spectator at a Harrison Street School basketball leaves with one less iPhone.

We had a couple cases in the police reports this past week that involved . The advice is to keep your hands and eyes on your belongings when you're out in public.

Same holds true for duffle bags, apparently. Here's the blotter item.

Theft Over $300—Someone took an iPhone 4S from a spectator at a youth basketball game at Harrison Street School, 201 N. Harrison St., Geneva, sometime around noon Jan. 14, Geneva police reports said. The report was filed at around 3:38 p.m. The victim said he believes the phone was removed from a duffle bag. The estimated cost to replace the phone was $500.
