Gray Spray-Painting Spree in Pepper Valley Prior to Halloween

Police reports: Pepper Valley clubhouse, residential driveway get gray paint job sometime between Oct. 26 and Oct. 27.

Two Geneva police reports indicate some pre-Halloween mischief took place in shades of gray in Pepper Valley. Here are the reports:

Criminal Defacement of Property—Someone spray painted a wooden mailbox and concrete driveway in the 200 block of Stratford Drive sometime between 9 p.m. Oct. 26 and 6:45 a.m. Oct. 27, Geneva police reports said. Most of the spray painting was random lines but the bottom of the concrete drive was spray painted in gray with a large “GD.”  The cost of repair was estimated at $50.

Criminal Defacement of Property—Someone used gray paint mark up the east wall, east door and north wall of the main pool building of the Pepper Valley pool, 2105 Pepper Valley Drive, sometime prior to 4:40 p.m. Oct. 27, Geneva police reports said. The playground equipment also had gray spray paint on it, including marks on two slides, a post and a walking bridge. Police contacted the manager of the Pepper Valley apartments.
