Geneva Water Tower Spay-Painted, No Teeth Marks on Christmas Light Wires
One section of the water tower is spay painted with green paint, and another with yellow paint.
Criminal damage to property in Geneva last week included one Scrooge and one water-tower artist.
Christmas Lights Cut
Someone cut the cord of a Christmas light display of a house in the 2500 block of Lorraine Circle sometime between Dec. 5 and Dec. 7, reports said. The cuts were clean, and there were no teeth marks on the cord. The estimated cost to repair the damage was $30.

Someone spray painted a city of Geneva water tower at 720 Logan Ave. sometime prior to 1:40 p.m. Dec. 9, reports said. One section of spay painted with green paint, and another with yellow paint, the report said. The estimated cost to repair the damage was $100.
