Cannabis, Public Intoxication
Geneva police arrested Mark Arensmeir Jr., 23, of Geneva on
charges of possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis and was cited for
public intoxication around 1:40 a.m. Oct. 2 in the 500 block of North Second
Street, reports said. He has a court date of Nov. 19 at the Kane County Branch
Court, 530 S. Randall Road.
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
Geneva police arrested Nicholas Ruffino, 19, of St. Charles on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and speeding around 4:32 p.m. Sept. 30 in the 400 block of Division Street, reports said. He has a court date of Oct. 15 at the Kane County Branch Court.
Drug Equipment, No License
Geneva police arrested Daniel Palacios, 24, of St. Charles on charges of operating an uninsured motor vehicle, driving with no insurance, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving with a suspended or revoked license around 7:17 p.m. Sept. 29 in the 200 block of West State Street, reports said. He has a court date of Nov. 19 at the Kane County Branch Court.
Drug Equipment at School
Geneva police arrested Kristin Combs, 18, of Geneva on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia around 8:29 p.m. Oct. 5 at Geneva High School, 416 McKinley Avenue Geneva, reports said. She has a court date of Nov. 11 at the Kane County Branch Court.
