Geneva Police Reports: Cannabis, Drug Paraphernalia

DUI, Cannabis—Geneva police arrested Robert Lyons, 21, of Geneva on charges of driving under the influence, DUI with a blood-alcohol level of more than .08, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and operating an uninsured motor vehicle at around 3:45 a.m. Nov. 2 in a parking lot in the 1800 block of South Randall Road, reports said. According to the complaint on the 16th Circuit Court, Lyons had a blue glass smoking pipe and less than 2.5 grams of a substance containing cannabis. He has a court date of Nov. 21 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.
Possession of Drug Equipment—Geneva police arrested Anthony Shattuck, 19, of Burlington on charges of possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at around 12:22 a.m Nov. 6 after in the 600 block of North Randall Road, reports said. The complaint in the 16th Circuit Court said Shattuck had a water pipe and three glass pipes and less than 2.5 grams of marijuana at the time of the arrest. He has a court date of Dec. 18 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road.

Drug Paraphernalia—Geneva police arrested Annetta Michniak, 18, of Itasca on a charge of battery and Mary Manley, 18, of Itaska on a charge of drug paraphernalia possession after an incident around 2:51 a.m. Oct. 28 in the 800 block of Longmeadow Drive, reports said. According to the complaint in the 16th Circuit Court, Manley knowingly possessed a multicolored glass smoking pipe. Manley and Kristi Burke, 19, of Elk Grove Village also were cited for consumption of alcohol by a minor, which carries a $250 fine if paid by its due date.
