Geneva Police Make 2 DUI Arrests on Jan. 15

The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Geneva police made two DUI arrests in downtown Geneva, both on the same day but many hours apart. The first involves a 40-year-old St. Charles woman, the second involves a 28-year-old Geneva man. Both include charges for driving with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08.

DUI-Alcohol—Geneva police arrested Jill Jacobs, 40, of St. Charles on charges of DUI alcohol, DUI with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08, driving too fast for conditions operating an uninsured motor vehicle and possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 500 block of Ford Street around 3:24 a.m. Jan. 15, reports said. Jacobs has a court date of 8:30 a.m. Feb. 1 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.

DUI-Alcohol—Geneva police arrested Nathan Jugenitz, 28, of Geneva on charges of DUI, , DUI with a blood-alcohol content of more than .08 and speeding around 9:38 p.m. Jan. 15 in the 100 block of North Second Street, reports said. Jugenitz has a court date of Feb. 1 at the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles, IL.
