Geneva Police Arrest 26-Year-Old for Marijuana Possession

Geneva police arrested Jeffrey Schusler, 26, of Geneva on charges of possession of marijuana (less than 2.5 grams), possession of drug paraphernalia and improper stop at stop intersection around 8:17 p.m. Sept. 28 at the intersection of Burgess Road and Kaneville Road, reports said.
Police said Schusler failed to yield at the intersection and was found with .8 grams of marijuana, a green-and-black smoking pipe and a white smoking pipe.
Schusler has a court date of 9 a.m. Oct. 18 at the Kane County Judicial Center.
