Geneva Police Arrest 19-Year-Old Genevan for Drug Paraphernalia, DUI

Geneva police arrested Eric Doty, 19, of Geneva on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, DUI, DUI with a blood-alcohol level of more than .08, disobeying a stop or yield sign and possession of alcohol by a minor after a traffic stop around 1:13 a.m. June 8 at the intersection of Burgess Road and Sherman Avenue, reports said.
Doty “knowingly possessed a milti-colored glass smoking pipe,” according to the complaint. He has a court date of July 6 at the Kane County Judicial Center.
