Geneva Man Charged With DUI, Clocked at 60 in 35 MPH Zone

The following information was supplied by the Geneva Police Department. Where arrests or charges are mentioned, it does not indicate a conviction.

Geneva police arrested Rodrigo Cano, 28, of Geneva on charges of DUI Alcohol, improper use of turn signal and speeding around 12:49 a.m. Dec. 12, in the 1200 block of West State Street, reports said.

Cano was recorded going 60 mph in a 35 mph zone. He has a court date of Jan. 18 in the Kane County Judicial Center, 37W777 Route 38, St. Charles.
