Geneva 26-Year-Old Caught With Drug Pipe in Back Yard
Police reports: Geneva man is arrested for drug paraphernalia
Geneva police arrested Keith Galbraith, 26, of Geneva on charges of possession of drug equipment around 1:58 a.m. June 2 in a residential yard in the 700 block of Illinois Street, reports said.
The complaint says Galbraith was “knowingly in possession of a blue multi-colored glass smoking pipe containing burnt residue that smelled of burnt cannabis.”
