Geneva 18-Year-Old Turns Himself in for Underage Drinking

Nathanial Hart, 18, of Geneva was arrested Sept. 9 on charges of illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor after turning himself in at the about 10 a.m. Sept. 9, Geneva police reports said.
According to the complaint in the 16th Judicial Circuit Court, Hart “consumed an alcoholic liquor ... in the city of Geneva, County of Kane, State of Illinois.”
The date of the offense was Aug. 21.

Hart has a court date of Oct. 16 at the Kane County Branch Court, 530 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.
