Geneva 18-Year-Old Arrested for Selling Pot, Offering 'Water Bottles Filled With Alcohol' to Teens

Police have charged an 18-year-old Genevan with selling marijuana and providing water bottles filled with alcohol for young people to consume.

Geneva police arrested Taylor Erickson, 18, of Geneva on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, cannabis possession and buying and providing liquor to a person or persons under 18 around 7:11 p.m. April 28 in a municipal parking lot in Geneva. The report did not say where the parking lot is located.

According to the complaint, Erickson had in his possession more than 2.5 grams but less than 10 grams of a substance containing cannabis, and knowingly sold cannabis to a child under the age of 17.

He was also charged with possessing 15 water bottles filled with "assorted alcoholic liquor," which police say Erickson was planning to offer to teenagers.

Erickson has a court date of June 19 at the Kane County Branch Court, 540 S. Randall Road, St. Charles.
