Geneva 18-Year-Old Arrested for DUI, Drug Pipe, Metal Knuckles
Police reports: Metal knuckles, black pipe found on 18-year-old Genevan after late-February DUI arrest.
Geneva police arrested Michael Semmens, 18, of Geneva on charges of DUI, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident, illegal transportation of alcohol, driving without a seatbelt, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful use of a weapon—namely metal knuckles—around 11:59 Saturday, Feb. 26, in the 2300 block of South Street, reports said.
The reports indicate that Semmens’ red Chevrolet Cavalier crashed, causing injury to the driver and property of the First Baptist Church. He was in possession of a black pipe intended for smoking marijuana, reports said.
